- Get on I-35N/US290E
- Continue on US290E for 100 miles. Then take the TX 21E/State Highway 21 W to W William Joel Bryan Parkway in Bryan
- Merge onto I-35N/US290E; keep right at the fork to continue on I-35N (start your odometer)
- Take exit 238B for US290E toward Houston
- Continue onto US290E; continue onto 290 Toll. In 6 miles, it turns slightly left and reverts to US290E
- After 31 miles, turn left onto Main Street
- Turn right onto TX-21E/ State Hwy 21W
- After 57 miles, take the E William Joel Bryan Parkway to E Villa Maria Rd
- In 3 miles, turn right onto W William Joel Bryan Parkway
- After 1 mile, continue onto E William Joel Bryan Parkway
- After 1.5 miles, turn right onto E Villa Maria Rd
