Who hasn’t felt a little down from time to time? Residents of Arbor Oaks at Crestview know that being a part of a community means lifting one another up on the good days, and the not so good days. That’s why they recently started the “Kindness Rocks Project.”
When strolling through the Arbor Oaks garden, you’ll find a box filled with hand painted rocks, each with encouraging words and uplifting messages. Resident artists embraced the project as a way to use their artistic talents to bless others in their community. Garden visitors are encouraged to, “Take one when you need one, share one with a friend who needs some inspiration or leave one for another.” The little box of rocks holds one reminder for its visitors, “One message at just the right moment can change your day, or outlook on life.”
