The Crestview team met a major milestone when they recently joined the Eden Alternative Registry. The culture change that the team is embracing champions the elder’s needs as the priority and is constantly seeking to abolish loneliness, boredom, and helplessness.
“Many of the things we have learned in our Eden Alternative journey were things we were doing naturally. But now, we have systems in place to hold a consistent standard for every employee to follow that can empower the elder,” explained Mike Adams, Executive Director.
